Friday 6pm. But don’t fret, just message us and we will open the menu for you to order on the weekend.

Our 500 calorie portions will fit into most macronutrient requirements in weightless plans.

We have 5 serving sizes. 500 calories, Over 500 calories (more of everything), Extra Protein(just more meat), Family Style, and Extra Protein Family Style.

All meals are gluten free unless clearly stated they are not. We understand the rising demand of food allergies and dietary restrictions. If there is a menu item that you see and are not sure if you can have it, message us! If we can make it fit your needs we will!

We do not use seed oils. We use avocado oil, extra virgin olive oil and olive oil. We even make our own mayo!
